Monday 3/24/2008 Update:

• Added Donors Reminders. Reminders are shown in the first window of the program & in the reminders list. User can set the status of each reminder or in bulk.
• Improved Recurring Pledges. User can set the intervals on English or Hebrew date. There is a checkbox to auto generate the payment & charge a predefined credit card when the pledge is generated. In the
• ToDo tab it will show if there are any outstanding pledges & charges and the user can generate all or selected records in bulk.
• Added export to Dbase support, it will generate .dbf files & Better integration with Microsoft Excel on data export.
• Added shortcuts to the most important functions in the program. They can be accessed by holding the ALT key.
• Added Hebrew Date as alternative to Gregorian Date in Pledges and Payments.
• Added possibility to change words in the program. Donors, pledges, recurring pledges and payments can be renamed to anything needed (like loans, contacts etc)
   

Monday 2/18/2008 Update:

• Added donor accounts, to keep track of deposits and withdrawals in a per donor basis. Each deposit and withdrawal can be linked with a deposit or withdrawal of a regular back account.
• If the letter group is not set when mail merging letters, it will automatically get set using the format: user name - first letter id - last letter id
• Values in the pledges and payments lists have the thousands separator set to "," (comma).
• Sent letters also store the word file name (so you can keep track of the exact files you sent to each donor)
• Added export and mail merge to the list of journal ads & Hebrew selection is now added to the journal ads list filter.
• Added user/date and modified user/date are now shown on the donors, pledges and payments lists. They are also available as filter fields by each list
• Added the letter address to the pending and sent letters lists.
• Campaigns, Organizations and Tenders can now be deleted from the database if they have never been used.
• Added NEW FIELD donor Hebrew suffix.
• Added NEW FEATURE "Payment - in memory of donor". Gives the ability to link a payment to a donor (besides the donor that gave the payment). In the word file you have the fields to indicate in memory of whom it was donated and the family relations of that person (that will be notified of the donation).

Sunday 1/27/2008 Update:

• Added letter address information to pledges and payments. User can select from the donor's addresses where the letters should be sent.
• The pledge amount can be modified from the payment window.
• Payments can pay pledges for more campaigns within the same organization.
• Improved the visibility of the duplicates checking when adding a NEW donor.
• Added the donor company and Payment ID as filter criteria in the payments list.
• Added the company column to all the letter lists.
• Added new filter criterias by the list of pending letters.

Sunday 1/22/2008 Update:

• Updated the Donor Details report & the Batch report with more info & fixed issues on them.
• Changed the default interval by Pending Letters to show all letters up to today*
• Added "Rebill Number" field to payments and as a batch default. It can be used to track results of mailing based on how many times each donor was contacted till he responded with a donation.
• Added automatic linking of the fields with the same name by importing donor, payments & pledges.

• Added searches for non-default address and contact information in the donors list filter
