Our Advanced Fundraising System handles all your organization's fundraising needs. Starting from complete data about each individual donor and ending to detailed payments & pledges. Every donation is made to a specific organization & campaign for better management and can consist in money, goods, work hours etc.

Sending “Thank-You” letters for each donation is just one click away. You can easily define templates for letters using Microsoft Word and they are automatically shaped to suit the donor/campaign. You can have unlimited word templates in the letter folder, when sending the letter you see a list of templates to select from. You have the option to update the donor record that a letter was sent, or to just test the mail merge.

User Type & User Rights – there are three user types: Administrator, Limited User and Guest. Additional to selecting a user type, you can also select the user’s rights. You can see that Administrator user type has all rights allowed and enabled, while the other types have less possible rights and even less enabled by default. For example only Administrators will be able to access the User Management panel. Additional User rights and limitations are available on demand!

Report capabilities are endless and they are only limited by the amount of data in your database. Our built in SQL query builder gives you the power of getting and sorting your data in many ways. You can do a mail merge directly from the query builder for letters or mailing labels etc... There is also an option to export the data to a file.
